2nd Annual Power of WE Lynchburg Nonprofit Expo & Rally!

Goals of the Trunkcase Expo: 

• Encourage conversation
• Guests can see what resources are available to them in Lynchburg
• Full immersion into the nonprofit world of Lynchburg
• Nonprofits can showcase their nonprofit’s resource
• Nonprofits can receive donations but we’re asking that they do not solicit donations because one of our priorities for this event is to provide a friendly environment where all guests will feel that each organization is approachable.
• Nonprofits can connect with other nonprofits to foster partnerships and opportunities to share resources.
• Nonprofits can recruit for volunteers and staff.
• Guests will have access to volunteer and job opportunities.
• Opportunities for Advocacy
• Publicity & Promotion of your organization
• It’s a fun family-friendly event to attend in October
• To create an experience for the event attendees which will give them a feel for what resource your organization provides for the community.
• Parks and Recreation for the City of Lynchburg will provide tables and chairs. Participating Nonprofits can bring their own tent, table and chairs. Although, it is not required, it's highly recommended.
